How Do I Obtain My Free Credit Report?

The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, better known as the FACT Act, allows for one free credit report per year from each of the three major credit bureaus.  Since September 1, 2005, Pennsylvania consumers have been able to obtain a free copy of their credit report.

How Do I Make a Complaint Against a Business

The Better Business Bureau provides public services relating to ethical business practices and dispute resolution.  If you are having trouble getting a business to correct your records or your billing as a result of an identity theft you can file a Better Business Bureau complaint against the business.
